Shipping
Flat $5 Shipping Rate on all U.S. Ground Orders!*
All orders will be processed and shipped within one business day. Order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Friday. Orders taken on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays are processed the next business day. We do not provide Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Standard Flat Rate Shipping- $5.00 (Available only in the contiguous United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii). We will determine the most efficient carrier to deliver your package. Your package will arrive by USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground in approximately 5 business days. Shipping times are approximate and are not guaranteed.
3-Day Delivery - $12.95 (Available only in the contiguous United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Guaranteed delivery in 3 business days, for orders received by 12:00 PM Central Standard Time. We will determine the most efficient carrier to deliver you package. Your package will arrive by USPS Priority Mail.
2nd-Day Delivery - $20.95 (Available only in the contiguous United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Guaranteed delivery in 2 business days, for orders received by 12:00 PM Central Standard Time. We will determine the most efficient carrier to deliver you package. Your package will arrive by USPS Express Mail or UPS 2nd-Day Air.

Return Policy
At Sea Turtle Swimwear, we guarantee your satisfaction! We will accept merchandise returns postmarked within a 15-day timeframe. Once the original item is received you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any promotional discounts, shipping/handling costs or boutique wrapping). All products must be in original packaging, unworn, and have all tags attached.
All returns require an authorization number. Please send a request with the reason for the return to info@seaturtleswimwear.com and we will send you an authorization number with instructions. Please include the following information:
- Order Number
- Item Number
- Reason for return
- Your full name, phone number, and e-mail address
- Include shipping and billing addresses
Instructions will be e-mailed to you. After 15 days from your receipt of purchase, we cannot accept returns for any reason. Clearance item sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges on clearance items. If your merchandise arrives damaged, we must be notified within 5 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for damaged items beyond this timeframe.
We are happy to exchange any merchandise for a new size, however the item will be assessed a shipping fee.
Sending your Return
Write your Authorization Number on the original invoice and outside of the mailing package. Include the invoice, all original packaging, and the item to return and mail:

We will send you a confirmation email when we receive the package with credit information. We will process your return quickly, but please allow up to 3 weeks for credit or an exchange of merchandise.
Gift Wrap
Sea Turtle Swimwear is pleased to offer gift-wrap for that special occasion. Your gift will be presented in a gift box. Each box will be wrapped with a boutique style ribbon. Additionally, a personalized gift card with your message hand written will be included free of charge. All items will be placed in one gift box unless otherwise requested. Cost for each gift-wrapped package is $5.00. We do not offer free gift boxes.
Gift Certificate
Sea Turtle Swimwear will be pleased to offer Gift Certificates for our customers in the near future. Gift certificates may be redeemed by using appropriate coupon codes upon checkout.
Product Availability
We use a real time inventory system (which means that the product is available to ship when you add it to your shopping cart), however we do carry inventory that is pre-ordered. Because swimwear is seasonal, the new lines will be available to order before they are available from the manufacturer.
Pre-orders are advanced purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. As you place your order, these items are reserved for you and taken out of our available stock. We will ship them when they arrive in our store and you will be notified. Pre-ordered items are purchased when you place your order and you are charged at that time. Because these items are no longer available, any cancellation will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Pre-orders are not refundable. We will do our best to exchange sizes, but if unavailable a full store credit will be issued. We consider all pre-orders shipped within 30 days of approximate shipping date to be on time.
If the product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will contact you thru email with an anticipated availability or cancellation. Anticipated delivery dates for backorders or pre-orders are shipped as quickly as possible and are dependent on manufacturers and other factors beyond our control.
Privacy Policy
We use the information you provide when placing an order to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
We use return email addresses from your email correspondence to us to answer the email we receive and to verify shipments. Such addresses from your correspondence are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Finally, we do not use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.
